Yet another new gun law is now being considered in Congress.  H.R. 2159, the Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act of 2009 was just introduced by  Peter King, R-N.Y.  This legislation would allow the attorney general  of the United States sole discretion in determining who may be allowed to purchase and own a firearm.  [...]
